I bring over two decades of experience leading enterprise strategy, transformation, and organizational effectiveness inside a complex global nonprofit organization. My work has spanned strategy development, governance, operating models, culture, and leadership alignment across diverse cultural and organizational contexts.

I founded Working on Purpose to continue this work in an advisory capacity, partnering with executive leaders and boards as they navigate moments of complexity, change, and strategic choice.

My approach is grounded in systems thinking, human-centered leadership, and a deep respect for the realities leaders face when decisions carry real consequences.

Guiding my work are genuine curiosity, healthy respect for complexity, clarity over certainty, leadership as stewardship, and an understanding that decisions are a shared responsibility.
